ESD will conduct a complimentary review of your energy consumption in 15 minute increments for each day throughout the entire year. ESD will use this data to determine your maximum energy usage during peak, partial peak and off-peak hours and develop a preliminary COGEN system design to maximize cost savings. ESD will then prepare an Energy Report that identifies the potential savings and funding options available for system purchase
